Try our homemade

Says Robert Denning who purchased three dozen just for himself, "I just love those things.  I'm addicted.  My wife had to hide them from me so I wouldn't eat them all in one day."

Made from only the finest ingredients - with love!

Peg crochets her afghans, baby items and toys from the softest of the Caron yarns - Simply Soft.

"Simply Soft is simply the softest," says Peg.  "You just melt into the item you're holding it's so soft and pliable.  I LOVE it!  And it's my customers favorite yarn."

The Angel Loft has partnered with HAIN (Heavenly Angels In Need) and is now the local donation representative for Region #7.  Please take the time to visit their website and learn more about this wonderful charity!

A Little About Us

Peggy and Buck Harris opened The Angel Loft on Monday, September 20, 2004.  Peggy is a fifty-three year old artist/crafter and general proprietor.  Buck is a fifty-seven year old "ministry assistant," having spent countless hours painting and repairing the facility to make it what it is today.  Buck is also employed full time as an industrial electrician in the Triangle area.  Peggy also continues to offer her services as a computer graphic designer and website developer here.  Peggy and Buck also participate in a music ministry, being part of the christian musical group Joyful Noise.  They have lived in the Louisburg, North Carolina area for more than nineteen years and plan to continue making Franklin County their home as long as the Lord will allow.

The original vision for The Angel Loft was to create a venue to raise money to fund and establish a home for expectant mothers and to facilitate efforts at broadening an outreach program for Franklin County and surrounding areas.  This original vision still carries on today.

Since it's opening, this vision has expanded, as well.  It has become a place for local artists to display their artwork and wares as well as providing a location for the public to watch them acccomplish this.  At the beginning of 2007, The Angel Loft began offering craft items and Peggy conducts crochet classes in the shop.  It has broadened the scope of services and items offered here at the store and has allowed for the public to become more familiar with the ministry and it's future goals and vision.

We hope and pray for the continuation of this ministry and its growth.  The Lord has allowed us to walk down the path to helping others and it has been a blessing that we are incapable of describing.  We thank Him, who has provided all things, for the opportunity to serve Him.
